This Privacy Policy describes how CleanRide (“CleanRide”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the CleanRide mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

1.) WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO :-
The Service may be used by different roles, such as clients (customers), cleaners (service staff), and administrative users. This Policy applies to all users of the Service.
2.) INFORMATION WE COLLECT :-
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical data needed to operate the Service.
A. Information you provide :-
- Account information: name, username, email address, phone number, password (stored in hashed form), and account role.
- Account recovery information (clients): secret question and secret answer (stored in hashed form) used for account recovery.
- Service location details: building name, floor number, apartment number, and other details you provide to help us deliver the Service.
- Vehicle information: vehicle make, model, type, color, license plate number, parking slot number, and vehicle photos (if you choose to upload or take a photo).
- Support and communications: messages you send through Contact Support (subject and message content).
- Feedback and reviews: ratings and comments you submit about your experience.
B. Subscription and payment-related information :-
When you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We and/or Stripe may collect and process:
- Subscription details: selected plan, subscription status, start/end dates, and related identifiers (such as Stripe customer/subscription identifiers).
- Billing and payment details: card and payment method details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
C. Push notifications :-
If you enable push notifications, we may collect and store a push notification token (e.g., an Expo push token) so we can send Service-related notifications (such as wash updates).
D. Automatically collected technical and usage data :-
When you use the Service, our servers may receive standard log data, which can include:
- IP address, request timestamps, and error/diagnostic information.
We use this information for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
E. Device permissions :-
Depending on how you use the Service and your device platform, the app may request access to:
- Camera: to take a vehicle photo (optional).
- Photos/Media library: to upload a vehicle photo (optional).
- Notifications: to send push notifications (optional).
You can control these permissions in your device settings. If you do not grant permission, some features may not work.
F. Biometric authentication (optional) :-
The app may offer device-based biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID/fingerprint) to help you unlock the app. We do not receive or store your biometric data. Biometric data remains on your device and is managed by your operating system.
3) HOW WE USE INFORMATION :-
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Service (create accounts, manage profiles, manage vehicles, and display wash schedules/history).
- Assign and coordinate cleaning services (including sharing necessary details with cleaners and operational staff).
- Process subscriptions and payments, and manage billing status.
- Send Service-related messages and notifications (e.g., confirmations and wash updates), if enabled.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Improve, maintain, and secure the Service (debugging, fraud prevention, and enforcing our terms).
4) HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION :-
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, and protect our rights.
A. With cleaners and operational staff :-
If you are a client, we may share necessary information (such as your name, phone number, service location details, and vehicle details) with assigned cleaners and operational staff so they can perform and coordinate the Service.
B. With service providers (processors) :-
We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Service, such as:
- Payment processing: Stripe (to process payments and manage subscriptions).
- Push notifications: Expo/notification delivery services (to deliver push notifications).
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, and storage providers used to run the Service.
These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
C. We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
Prevent fraud, security incidents, or misuse of the Service.For legal and safety reasons :-
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, lawful requests, or legal process.
Protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, our business, or others.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access and update: You may update certain profile information in the app.
- Opt out of notifications: You can disable push notifications in device settings.
- Withdraw permissions: You can revoke camera/photos permissions in device settings.
- Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see “Contact Us”).
- Marketing: We do not use your information for third-party targeted advertising. If we send non-essential messages in the future, we will provide opt-out options where required.
8) CHILDREN’S PRIVACY :-
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9) INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS :-
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
